I DID IT!!!....IT'S DONE!!
Well all, this is the last few minutes of the 30 day challenge. You all didnt think I would leave you hanging wondering if I drank my glasses today did you? Of course not. I did it!! I quickly drank those last two glasses of water in the past hour and my stomach is full. It is full of liquid and I am pretty sure I can feel the water moving around in my stomach every time I move. I have successfully completed this 30 day challenge and even though I did not do it every single day like I planned I made it to the end and I finished out strong. I tried to make this blog relatble and I hope I did a good job of doing that. I have learned so much from this experience and blogging about it. I would definitely take on another 30 day challenge because even though it was tough and I felt like giving up I had fun trying something new. Thank you all for reading my blog I appreciate it. I encourage everybody to take on a 30 day challenge because you will learn something about yourself and rrealize how much you can actually do. Well time for some juice now :) See you later.
hello everyone this is the last day in this 30 day challenge and it has been anything but easy. I am actually drinking a bottle of water as I am blogging to you right now. Its kind of funny that I am doing that while I am talking about it at the same time. I am trying to push through drinking these last two bottles of water real quick before the day is over just so I can finish strong. I know that I have skipped a few days but I really want to end strong jsut so I can feel accomplished and go out on top. My routine today was a little different from usual and that is why I have been thrown off a little bit. i am going to hurry up and drink these bottles in this last hour. Think I can do it? I do :)
hey guys almost done with this challenge i know i have not done the best i could with this blog but i am really not a blog type of person. As i said earlier i do not post much on social networking sites. The day is pretty much half over and widh i could tell you that i drank more water than i have but sadly i have not. :( i have only drank around two bottles but i am going to do a lot better i thought i would just post a little for now. i will most likely post again later in the day but i just thought you should know how my last day is going.
hello all it is still a litttle early to me because i just woke up not too long ago. Right now I feel like drinking water though. I got the feeling back! For the last couple of mornings I only felt like drinking juice but this morning I had a taste for some water. I am actually drinking water right now and it is quenching my thirst. I am positive that I will be able to finish this out strong and I am not worried about it. Maybe having a strong thirst for water is my body telling me that I can do it. I got a late start since I woke up a little late this morning but I am not worried I know I will be able to do it.

hey guys i planned on posting more over the weekend but of course things dont always go according to plan. It has really been more of a struggle for me to push out these last few days in this challenge. I really want to finish strong and i know i can but sometimes i feel like what i have done so far is good enough. i did not get a chance to work out today because i had other things to do which made it even harder to drink eight glasses of water. For dinner i had a strong craving for some juice but I fought it with all i could and ended up drinking water. Drinking water for dinner was not as bad as i thought it would be since i was craving juice so bad and i was relieved. I was worried that I would not make it but I put my wants aside and pushed though it for yet another day and I was happy about it... :)

Hey everyone I am still continuing on this challenge. It has gotten a little better but I must admit I did not quite make eight glasses of water yesterday. Yesterday was a very busy day for me. There were events going on at the school and I had already woke up really late so I did not have enough time to drink all eight glasses, I barely had enough time to eat two full meals. I still did drink some water but it was not very close to eight glasses. I did not count but I dont even think it was half. :( I tried but I just couldnt make it. I am trying to get back on track today but I must admit there were times where I felt like I made it this far and that should be good enough. I will still try to make it to the end even though I skipped a few day I hope to make it. Wish me luck!

hello all I just got out of class not too long ago. I had a test before it and I don't know how well I did it on. I heard that you are supposed to eat a little something before you take a test and I usually done eat breakfast but this morning I decided to and of course I drank water with it. I am already getting this eight glasses out of the way early today. The weather here isn't as nice as it was over the past few days. It's rainy and a little cool. I don't like super hot weather but it was helping me with me with my eight glasses of water. I should be able to make though because I am pretty much used to drink so much but I guess we will see.

Rough Day
Hey guys i thought i would post before I went to sleep becuase I have never done it before so I wanted to do something differently. As usual I have beed running to the bathroom all day. I have gone to the bathroom during this challenge more than I have ever gone before. I did not even know it was possible to use the bathroom so much. It kind of made me wonder though: Was I going to the bathroom too little? I do not know if thats even possible but I have definitely been going more often. I did not work out today so it made drinking those eight glasses a little bit harder. I felt like I was in the early stages of doing the challenge but I still managed to do it. I was pretty much studying for most of the day so I would take a break every now and then and drink some water, just so I coulod reach the goal. Nothing really happened today since I was busy studying but I just thought I would still tell about how my day went...

Heat actually helps
Hey guys! Today is a hot one. It has not been this hot yet. It's not scorching but it is still a little too hot for me. This hot weather actually helps me with increasing my water amount because when it is hot like this I love to drink water. When I was younger my parents pretty much made drink water when it got really hot over the summer just to make sure I didnt get dehydrated, so when it gets hot like this I am used to drinking mostly water. This challenge is getting easier thanks to this weather so I guess Im bitter sweet about it. At least I know I will be able to handle being out in this weather. I have already drank about half the amount I am supposed to so I think I'm doing pretty good so far.

A Change...
Hey guys, I just got back from the gym and I am feeling good so I decided to blog about it. I was at the gym for about an hour and a half and I have worked up quite a sweat. I took breaks periodically to drink some water. I have just drank almost a full bottle of water because I working out made me build up a thirst. I knew I had to do something to hep making drink water easier and I think I have found it. Drinking water got me to work out so it is really helping me change physically, for the better. It has definitely given me more energy, and made me go to the bathroom a lot more often. Which I guess is a good thing because I know my body is getting cleaned out. I guess the doctiors were right. :)

Acquired taste...well somewhat
Hello all!! I know I have blogged very little but it is hard for me to blog. I rarely post things on social networking sites so bear with me. I woke up this morning and believe it or not I had a strong taste for some water. That has not happened to me in a long time. Usually when I am thirsty when I wake up I have a taste for some apple juice or orange juice. My mouth was extremely dry this morning and I knew nothing would quench that thirst except water. I usually have a taste for water during the day when I am not doing anything. Dont get me wrong, it is still hard to drink water with my meals becasue juice taste so much better. I try to drink a lot of water around my meals so I can drink juice with my meals but with drinking so many beverages in one day makes me run to the bathroom way too often. So for now I just drink water with my meals. I was actually excited when I woke up actually wanting water because I did not have to force myself to drink it. I was happy that I knew I had to blog about it today.

Something Extra
I have not blogged in a few days but this challenge is going pretty well. I started working out at the rec center this past week almost every day this week. So far I have worked out three days this week. Drinking eight glasses of water a day has definitely gotten easier since I have been working out. I drink a lot of water when I work out so I did not have to constantly worry about drinking water when I did not want to. I don't know if it's because of the fact that the weather is warming up or because I have been drinking more water, but I am starting to have more energy. That's why I started working out at the rec. Hopefully I notice a change in my physical fitness and my health, but we will see. :)

It gets a little easier
I know I have not posted in a while but it is hard to do with spring break and all. This 30 day water challenge has been getting a little easier. It was hard at the start of spring break because I was out of my normal schedule so I felt like I was free to do anything. I was just getting the hang of drinking 8 glasses of water a day until spring break started. I am not going to lie, there were a few days that I did not quite make 8 glasses but I tried to get very close to it. It was especially hard because I prefer to drink bottled water over tap water. So when I could not find bottled water I just drank juice instead. I am getting back on track, however, and starting to drink 8 glasses of water. It is harder than I thought it would be but I try ignore the sweet taste of juice and pop that I would prefer to drink and drink water.

First few days
I started increasing my water consumption on Monday and I cant say that it has been easy. It is harder than I thought it would be. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day is hard. I dont even drink 8 glasses of liquid a day so the first few days have definitely been a challenge. I had to remind myself to go and get some water even when I was not thirsty. The first two days have been the hardest but I am slowly rememebering to go and get a bottle of water to drink. So far I have not noticed much of a difference in the way my body operates or in my mood except that I have been going to the bathroom more often. Which is a good thing I suppose because I know my body is getting cleansed out more. Although I crave juice most of the time, I know I can do this challenge.

And so it begins...
For my class project I will taking on a 30 day challenge. For 30 days I will be increasing the amount of water I dink. I will be drinking 8 glasses of water a day. I will be drinking that much water because I want to see if increasing my water intake will have a positive impact on my body, and if so what kind. I will be drinking water for most of my meals and casually throughout the day. In 30 days I want to be able to drink 8 glasses of water without any problem and feel a better change in my body. I will use this blog to communicate with people as I go through this process. I would like to hear feedback as well as advice. I will post daily as go through this process.
